Yes, all items regardless whether it is LGBT orientated or not is dispatched in a plain colour mailing bag.
My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?
We have proof of postage for every item that is bought and can provide you with a photo of your reciept. Royal mail is our postal service.
For UK & Europe items there is a 21 working day cooling period to allow items to arrive, nearly all if the time items arrive on time but this delivery period allows for delays. For US and World wide this cooling period is 28 days.

The item was damaged with a thumbnail sized chip out of the enamel. When I contacted the seller providing a clear photo of the damage and the packaging that i still had retained I was advised I needed to return this item at my own cost in order to be reimbursed despite having already paid once for postage. I expressed my disagreement that I should pay for what was clearly a courier mishandling issue and heard nothing back. Disappointing and no way to treat customers
